Class IV Offense and Consequences
NOT PERMITTED – CLASS IV OFFENSES (On or Off School Campus)
1. Possession/ use alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, illegal substances, or
drug Paraphernalia. .
2. Possession/ use of a firearm, or any item that could be used as a weapon.
3. Threatening to do harm to an instructor, student, or any staff member.
4. Student-to Student Harassment.
5. Immoral conduce/ behavior
6. Unjustified activation of the fire alarm
7. Striking an adult.
8. The use of profanity to an adult (including parent)
9. Possession or use of pornographic or lewd materials of any type (including the
Internet).
10. Inappropriate sexual conduct.
Consequences may be implemented for class IV offenses:

Consequences may be implemented for class IV offenses:
- Suspension from School up to 5-10 days and Student will be put on
disciplinary Probation. - Student will not be able to make up any work during suspension time
- Student will be required to leave campus grounds and not return until further
notice. (Parent must pick up) - Expelled
