NOT PERMITTED – CLASS III OFFENSES (On or Off School Campus)
Fighting
Stealing
Lying/ Forgery
Cheating or plagiarism
Arguing with an adult (including parent)
Any immoral conduct
Wrestling
Gambling
Damaging or defacing center property
Skipping
Writing or using unacceptable language or profanity
Publicly criticizing school policy/ staff
Unauthorized use of disbursement of medication
Gang Affiliation
Carrying any object considered dangerous by Administration
Note: Parent(s)/Guardian(s) will be responsible for the cost of repairs resulting
from the damage of property by their child(ren).
Consequences may be implemented for Class III offenses:

- Suspension from School up to 3-5 days
- If student does not comply with rules student will be put on Disciplinary
Probation - Expelled
