Computer Violations
COMPUTER VIOLATIONS
Administrators and Teacher/Facilitators of The Beverly Institute (TBI) will enforce this
computer policy, limiting students to unauthorized access to internet sites (i.e. You-
Tube, My Space, and personal email accounts, etc. TBI will be enforcing this policy
because some of our students have download virus to our computers, which in turn
has damaged our computers. TBI has incurred unnecessary computer repairs
because students disregard the school rules and policies. Computers are
authorized for official school business only.
At the beginning of the school year each student will be given a personal computer
and password, which the Administrator will have access to monitor each student’s
history page. If student’s computer history indicates unauthorized usages a $ 20.00
fee will be applied to the student’s account. Each offense thereafter will result in a
$ 40.00 fee. If your child continues to disregard this policy, serious disciplinary
actions will be applied.
TBI will not be held responsible for cell phones, video games, headphones or any
personal items confiscated that has not been claimed within the week.
