Attendance Statement
WITHDRAWALS
Parent(s) must complete a withdrawal form, located in the school office. All financial
obligations must be met before your child’s grades and records will be released.
Contract may be terminated by party giving a two weeks written notice. If a two week
notice is not provided by the parent, fees for two weeks are still required. The
Beverly Institute retain the right to terminate this contract WITHOUT NOTICE in the
event of destructive, uncontrollable, or violent behavior or in the case of delinquent
fees. If child is transferred or withdrawn from the school for any reason, all
outstanding balances must be paid in full before any information will be provided to
an agency or records transferred
DISMISSAL
Parents will be asked to withdraw their child(ren) for the following reasons:

- If tuition is due on the 1st and you withdraw your child prior to the 5th, you are
not obligated to pay the full installment for that month. - If tuition is due on the 1st and you withdraw your child on or after the 5th, you
are obligated to pay the full installment for the month. - Parents must stop by the school office to complete and sign a withdrawal form.
The form will be routed through the proper channels to complete the withdrawal
process. Withdrawals will be finalized once the form has been returned to the
school office.
DISMISSAL
Parents will be asked to withdraw their child(ren) for the following reasons:
- One or both parents will not cooperate with administration of the school.
- A student’s poor conduct, negative attitude, or lack of academic effort.
- A student or parent propagating with the school doctrines contrary to
fundamental Christian doctrines.
